We will go step by step.
1:To restore your device just delete all the files on it browsing through windows explorer.
2:Then go to iTunes and click on restore .
3:Doing this will put your Ipod into recovery mode.
4:Disconnect your Ipod.
5:Go to your Ipod and select desired language
6:You are good to go! It will restore your Ipod and any files will be deleted.
